Business Development Executive
A “last mile” delivery platform start-up, using the latest technology to bring the same day delivery ecosystem into the 21st century is seeking a results driven sales and marketing professional.
We supply same day last mile services to a very broad UK market. We’re a forward thinking, dynamic start-up that’s agile and adapts to the ever-changing needs of todays businesses.

You will be assuming a senior managerial role within a small core management team.
Although based in Buckingham this role will be UK wide and the successful applicant can initially be based from a home office or a “hot-desk” !
Who we ‘re looking for:
Your most important attribute will be 100% commitment to building and becoming an integral part of the business.
Willing to succeed and grow with commensurate experience is more important than qualifications, however, you must be “agile” in your approach.
You will also need to be, motivated, a self-starter with drive and ambition who is willing to take on the challenge of a start-up and become a key part of senior management.
Designing and deploying marketing and sales strategies, reports and having a good handle on social media, servicing accounts, building a UK and subsequently an international sales team through organic growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with management, you’ll be a confident individual and capable of clearly and concisely communicating at all levels from individual retailers to large corporations and omni-channel outlets.
Your focus will be equally divided between independent business/retailers and corporate entities enabling them to compete with the “multi-nationals” offering a seamless same day service to their customers via the platform and mobile app.
Customer service delivery is central to everything we do.
As a volume business, your expected earnings can be up to £1,500.00 per week, you will receive a fixed rate per delivery.
Career progression to Directorship level is expected within eight to twelve months with commensurate board level decision making. At this juncture it is expected that the commission based position will become salaried, however, a commission override on your teams sales will be implemented.
Equity participation will also be available.
